Wining and dining at Angels View
The hotel’s main restaurant Mumsy’s – which is eponymously named after the matriarch of the Khoza family – pays homage to her innate passion for traditional South African food and the role that food pays in family get-togethers. Meanwhile, the glass-clad Café Ahe Pool and Cocktail bar are ideal for sundowners with a view after a full day of exploring. My experience at Angels View hotel
I had an amazing time at Angels view hotel, from the natural beauty of the panaroma route heading to the facility to the reception of hotel. The service and welcome from the stuff was warm and amazing. I stayed in one-bedroom suites complete with mini kitchens and private balconies with amazing views, I felt so alive looking down at the mother nature. The outside showers are a great addition to the room as well. I had time to visit the nearby attractions, Graskop Gorge and took advantage of Glass elevator and explore the wonders of nature with amazing waterfall.
Visitors to the area can brave The Big Swing in Graskop, take a ride in the Graskop Glass Elevator, marvel at the vast expanse of the Blyde River Canyon and go off in search of the area’s countless waterfalls. For the adventurous at heart, there’s abseiling down a waterfall in Sabie or horseback trails in Hazyview, but the highlight is surely exploring Bourke’s Luck Potholes.
Angels View hotel is less than 100km from both the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport and Hoedspruit Airport, and also has a private airstrip and helipad, making it easy and convenient to access the Greater Kruger National Park area for onwards travel.
