Run by owner Steven Zhang, who hails from the South of China, it specialises in sushi, dim sum and Chinese food. Steven has been in South Africa for 8 years  and this is his second Asian Twist restaurant, the first one being in Melville. He prides himself on using only the freshest ingredients and serving authentic Asian food.
